NON CRYOGENIC GASES

Non-cryogenic air separation processes are used to produce gaseous nitrogen and oxygen. They are cost effective choices when demand is relatively small (tens of tons per day) and when very high product purity is not required.

OXYGEN
O2

Oxygen is a highly flammable, colorless and odorless gas. Diatomic oxygen gas constitutes 20.95% of the Earth's atmosphere. "Bottled oxygen" refers to oxygen tanks for Medical, industrial processes, including the manufacture of steel & monel. oxyacetylene welding equipment and some gas cutting torches. A typical purity for non-cryogenic oxygen systems is 93%

NITROGEN

N2

Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas that makes up 78.09% (by volume) of the air we breathe. It is nonflammable and it will not support combustion. Nitrogen gas is slightly lighter than air and slightly soluble in water. Nitrogen is important to the chemical industry. It is used to make fertilizers, nitric acid, nylon, dyes and explosives.

DISSOLVED ACETYLENE
DA(C2H2)

Acetylene is highly reactive. It is dissolved in acetone and contained within a porous mass inside the cylinder. acetylene can react over time with some metals to form explosive acetylides. acetylene is slightly lighter than air and will collect at ceiling level.

CARBON DIOXIDE
CO2

We offer compressed carbon dioxide gas and liquid carbon dioxide in a variety of purities and concentrations.
Many industries can benefit from carbon dioxide's inert properties, as well as its cooling and freezing abilities. 

HYDROGEN
H2

Hydrogen as a gas is valued for its reactive and protective properties. Many industries such as electronics, foods, glass, chemicals, refining and more can benefit from its unique properties to improve quality, optimize performance and reduce costs.

AMMONIA
NH3

Ammonia, is a colorless gas with a distinct odor composed of nitrogen and hydrogen atoms. It is used as a refrigerant gas, for purification of water supplies, and in the manufacture of plastics, explosives, textiles, pesticides, dyes and other chemicals.
